Welcome to Morphlook. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Morphlook website and services, including our AI hairstyle try-on and image processing features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using Morphlook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who We Are

Morphlook is an AI-powered hairstyle try-on service that allows users to upload photos, choose hairstyle options, and generate preview images.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Morphlook. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Morphlook to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
• upload photos of other people without appropriate permission;
• violate any law or regulation;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Services;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You may upload images and other content ("User Content") to use the Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using Morphlook, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you, including generating hairstyle preview results.

Uploaded images are processed and not sold. We do not sell uploaded images to third parties.

6. AI-Generated Results

Morphlook uses AI to generate hairstyle preview images. Results may vary and may not perfectly reflect real-world outcomes. The generated previews are for informational and personal visualization purposes only.

Third-Party AI Models

Morphlook is an independent product that uses third-party AI model infrastructure to generate hairstyle preview results. References to model providers or underlying technologies are provided only to describe how the Services work.

Morphlook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Replicate, Black Forest Labs, or any other underlying model provider. Users purchase access to Morphlook's own interface, workflow, and credits-based service, not any official product or subscription from those providers.

7. Payments and Credits

If Morphlook offers paid plans, credits, or one-time purchases:

• prices will be shown at checkout;
• payments are processed by our payment provider;
• purchased credits or features are subject to the plan details shown at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8. Refunds

Credits are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morphlook will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, other users, or our business.
