This Acceptable Use Policy explains how Morphlook may be used and what content is not allowed. It applies to all uploads, prompts, generated results, and account activity on Morphlook.

Morphlook is a hairstyle preview product. It is intended only for lawful, personal, and legitimate hairstyle visualization use.

1. Allowed Use

You may use Morphlook to:

• upload your own photo, or a photo you have permission to use;
• preview hairstyle variations for personal or internal styling reference;
• purchase credits and use them within the normal product flow.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, generate, request, or attempt to create content that includes or promotes:

• nudity, pornography, sexually explicit content, or fetish content;
• minors or age-ambiguous persons in sexualized, suggestive, or exploitative contexts;
• hateful, harassing, abusive, violent, or extremist content;
• self-harm, illegal activity, or harmful instructions;
• deceptive impersonation, identity misuse, or non-consensual image editing;
• deepfake-style manipulation intended to mislead, defraud, harass, or exploit another person;
• infringing, stolen, or unlawfully obtained images;
• malware, scraping abuse, security abuse, or attempts to interfere with the service.

3. Photo Eligibility Rules

To use Morphlook, you must only submit photos that meet all of the following:

• you own the photo or have clear permission to use it;
• the photo is a real portrait suitable for hairstyle preview;
• the photo does not include nudity or sexually explicit framing;
• the photo does not depict a child if the image is being submitted for AI-generated face or appearance editing;
• the photo is not submitted for harassment, deception, or impersonation.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Morphlook may use product rules, manual review, provider safety systems, and abuse investigation to detect or address prohibited use.

We may:

• block or refuse a generation request;
• remove access to generated results;
• suspend or terminate accounts;
• reverse or restrict access to credits linked to abusive use when permitted by law and our policies;
• report unlawful activity when required.

5. Payments and Abuse

Purchased credits may only be used for legitimate product use. Buying credits does not create a right to use Morphlook for prohibited content or abusive activity.

If we detect payment abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or policy evasion, we may suspend the account and stop further service access.
